Our process of activation.
Learn more about ACTIVATION-
1. Rinse Clean
Using filtered water we rinse all of our nuts and seeds to wash away the dust and dirt. At this stage we also remove the pits and shells.

2. Soak in Brine
Next we soak our nuts and seeds in a brine solution of filtered water and natural sea salt. This jump starts germination.

3. Slowly Dehydrate
To preserve the natural raw qualities of the activated nuts, we gently dehydrate at 43°C, adding crunch and flavour.
