If you receive your order, and you can see that the box is damaged, refuse the courier delivery and contact us straight away. We will re-dispatch your order ASAP. If everything looks okay upon delivery, but you open your order to find that some items have been damaged in transit, send a photo along with your name and order no. to orders@lifeforceorganics.co.uk and we’ll work together to find a solution.
