Shipping Policy

All confirmed orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped and will provide a tracking number, the shipping carrier and if available, the expected delivery times.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Any shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer FREE Express (1-3 business days) shipping for all UK orders over £39.99 dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48®, Yodel & DHL.  

We offer Express (1-3 business days) shipping for all UK orders below £40 for £3.50 dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48®, Yodel & DHL.  

* If all items are in stock, orders received by 5 pm will be dispatched on the same working day. 

* Where specified that express delivery can take an estimated 1-3 days, 3 days being the maximum after multiple attempts at delivery have been made, where no one was home to accept the delivery.

We do not offer in-store pick-up at this time. 


International Shipping

We offer international shipping through DHL, FedEx International and FedEx Cross Border. The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

Important Information for International Orders:

  • Duties and Taxes: All orders sent outside the UK are dispatched with duties paid, meaning there are no additional taxes or duties to pay upon receipt of your order.
  • Maximum Order Weight: Please note that the maximum order weight for EU shipments is 2kg. Orders exceeding this weight will be split into separate consignments, each weighing no more than 2kg. The maximum order weight for international shipments (excluding EU countries) is 30kg. 
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number, which you can then use to check the status of your delivery. Please allow 3-6 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and tracking information, please contact us at orders@lifeforceorganics.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you with urgency. 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

If we receive an order with a PO Box specified as a shipping address we reserve the right to cancel your order. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

For all food products, we do not accept returns, but if you are not satisfied with your order we will either replace the item or refund you at our discretion. This is managed on a case-by-case basis. For all non-food products, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item(s) is unused and in its original condition, in line with our returns policy, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@lifeforceorganics.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address damaged deliveries on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Klarna Payment & Shipping:

If you choose Klarna as a payment option, your order will be processed once the first payment is made. Please note that any changes or issues with the Klarna payment method do not affect shipping times but must be addressed directly with Klarna Support.
